All Micro Elite reverse osmosis systems are compact, easy and safe to operate.  The only set up required is plumbing to and from the storage tanks.  Everything else is included on the machines stainless steel frame.

The 4" diameter membranes on these machines are capable of high pressure operation for increased flow, however with the Micro Elite the operating pressure is 200psi or less (commercial R/O's can run 500 psi or higher).  this lower pressure makes the machine much easier to keep clean because bacteria and mineral deposits are not impacted into the membrane.  Lower operating pressure also means membrane life should increase.  The average membrane life of a well maintained membrane should be 8-12 years.

The machine includes all of the following features installed on the machine:

• A stainless steel Y strainer on the intake of the machine to insure no debree from storage tanks or the woods get into the machines pumps and plumbing
• A stainless steel wash tank is mounted on the machine and pre-plumbed to the inlet with a three way valve.
• Sap pre-filters are installed to make sure membranes are not going to get dirty prematurely with bacteria and degree large enough to be filtered out before hand.
• Directional valves for concentrating, rinsing and washing.
• Illustrated and printed instructions are right on the machine with full color pictures showing each directional valve and how it should be turned during operation

Also the membrane vessel is made from stainless steel, and is recommended for use as the off-season storage container for the membrane.  This means the membrane does not have to be removed from the vessel at any point during the post season shut-down procedure.
