The high efficiency oil fired arch from Leader Evaporator has been specially engineered to maximize the use of BTU's generated from today's Oil Burners.  Years of development and testing both in our factory and in the field resulted in a specially designed combustion chamber size, and special burner location to maximize the effectiveness of a Carlin Oil Burner. 

These oil fired arches come fully insulated with multiple layers of 2600 degree ceramic blanket that reflects heat to hold it in the arch.  This drastically decreases start-up and shut-down times, and maximizes evaporation rates for the entire duration of the boil.

Comes complete with 18 feet of round stack properly sized for draft needed to operate the arch (2x6 - 12 feet of stack, 8 foot long arches - 15 feet of stack).  A barometeric damper may be needed to aid in controling draft in some installations.  Please have a certified oil burner technician install, check, and maintain the oil burner and it's settings.
