The Sugar House Journal is a log book for all sugarmakers. It holds four years of data. This is a spiral bound book so it always lays flat. It has a clear plastic cover that can be wiped off if it gets too close to something sticky.
Each annual section has a starting page that has plenty of room to record number of taps, dates, and people that helped and an additional note section. The daily Journal pages have places to record weather information, sap collection information and maple syrup production data, even has a place to record who visited that day!
